Dan Seligson has been managing E-Commerce operations since 1997 for companies that include Walt Disney, Best Buy, A&E Television Networks and Diamond.com. He started Conversion Rate Marketing because he saw that a lot of businesses could be improved by applying systematic thinking and traditional direct marketing principles to the online world. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Georgetown University.
Gary has run the lifestyle division of Redcats USA, which had a $250 Million revenue stream from three catalogs. He also managed the upsell program, across all Redcats business units, to create an additional revenue stream of $135MM. Before that, Gary managed operations for QVC as the company grew from $250 Million to $1.4 Billion and he managed the P/L for all the operations of Shop NBC as their Vice President of Operations. As President of Partsearch Technologies he oversaw a 20% lift in Revenues combined with a 600 basis point lift in Net Income. Gary attended Penn State, where he served as the President of the Student Government Association.
Shannon is the founder of Shannon Brown Web Design, a firm has been designing and developing websites since 1999 for clients such as Equinox Fitness Clubs, EarthWeb, iAmplify and GoCertify. In 2001, Shannon began working with clients in the financial industry including Vista Research where she designed the company's front end website and user interface. Most recently Shannon was Design Director for Coleman Research Group, an expert network in the financial services industry, where she oversaw the user interface design for the company's proprietary software, Knowledge Broker. Shannon holds a BFA from Marshall University.
